1.Redemption and Limitations
Gift cards may be redeemed on BASSIAMI to purchase products.
When you place an order to purchase gift cards, we need to ensure your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is estimated to take 1-5 business days. The actual time frame depends on the payment method you select.
3.Gift Card Redemption
You may enter the gift card number and PIN number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.
4.Validity Period and Refund
The validity period for gift cards is 1 month after purchase. Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed. Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned.
5.Reason for Unreceived Gift Cards
After the gift card has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive your gift card number and PIN number, it may be because:
You entered the wrong email address when purchasing the gift card. Please contact Customer Support to confirm and change the email address.
Your inbox is full. Please ensure you have sufficient space in your inbox, then contact Customer Support to resend.
6.Gift Card Lost or Stolen
BASSIAMI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards.
7. Gift Card Refund
BASSIAMI Gift Cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you purchased a gift card by accident, contact customer support no later than 5 hours from the moment of payment of the gift card. Only in this case, a refund for the gift card is possible
